Self-Tests
- Food for your mind
Sometimes
it helps to think. I know, you're thinking all the time right? I mean
think about stuff you may be overlooking or think about things in a new
way. Checklists and self-tests can help you think.
Start
with these. but do check back, as some of these links aren't finished
and I'll likely change, or add to this selection.
Life Events
- Have you dealt with a lot of these recently? Then cut yourself some
slack!
Daily Hassles - Do you
have few or a lot? Do you have more hassles than uplifts?
Life Areas Assessment
- Are you satisfied? Can you envision something better?
Quick Self-Test - Some common
themes people benefit from coaching around.
Self-Taught's
- Food for your spirit.
Often, what gets us feeling is reflecting on what
we've learned in life. To recognize that despite the ups and downs,
maybe there are no mistakes after all. To recognize that it's easier
to let go and be free that we think it is.

inspiration... and check back for more as I change or add to this selection.
After
a While - One of my favorites
Commitments
- Are you ready to do it?
Desiderata
- Sage advice.
Tiny Prayer
- So small but so big...
Worst Fear
- You can overcome it!
Crossroads
- Decisions, decisions, decisions!
Every decision is a crossroad of sorts and we each struggle to one
degree or another with certain decisions at home or at work. Sometimes
they truly are big decisions while other times we make mountains out
of molehills. Either way, you can reduce the confusion,
the worry, and the fear as you step on to the road.
I can either speak to your organization, work with you individually,
or you can get the “Crossroads: 3 Keys to Making Better Decisions More
Easily” CD program (see products).
Whatever you choose, come reflect on the process and finish with some
insights that, should you decide to use them, will bring structure and
focus to your decision-making.
Not only will you reflect on how you've gone about making (or avoiding!)
decisions up until now, you'll also learn 3 Keys (with important points
for each) and specific tools for each key so you can, if you so choose,
build your decision making muscle.
